St. Charles Parish residents will have a new avenue to work off those holiday pounds with the opening of a fitness boot camp started by a former college coach who has worked with professional football players and junior Olympians.
This Thanksgiving Day, we have a lot to be thankful for.
Of course, we do have problems. We learned extensively about all of them during the recent Presidential election campaign. Our economic doldrums. The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Hurricane damages here and there that haven’t been repaired. Etc. Etc.

It’s rare for me to find a book that I want to buy multiple copies of to give away to friends and family. I’ve found one, and I think every engaged and married couple on the planet should have a copy: "Holy Sex" by Dr. Greg Popcak (www.exceptionalmarriages.com).
